Irene Fang is a business veteran with a background in professional music education, Irene is currently the chief executive officer of multiple companies, Season Culture Private Limited in
Singapore and Season Entertainment Productions Limited in Macau. With more than a decade of experience in the performance & events industry, she is the first to breakthrough into the Macau market to develop small and medium-sized performances. This has led to the successful implementation of customized VIP shows in Macau.
Being the pioneer in the Macau market, she continually strives to creates value for some of the largest resorts and gaming operators through planning performances and has successfully generated high revenues for them. Furthermore, several of these events have helped the Macau government attract some of the highest international visitor numbers of all times.
Garnering strong connections and resources spanning across Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and other countries, she continuously seeks to implement cultural and entertainment related projects around the world.
In recent years, she has also successfully completed major live broadcast events and due to her immense network of contacts, has been a part of artist casting for multiple large-scale variety show productions in China.

Born in Singapore, Dave is a versatile entrepreneur with an abundance of international experience and networks. Upon graduation from University of Southern California, majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Musical Theatre, Dave moved to Taiwan in 2005 and pursued a successful career in singing, acting, hosting, producing and directing in Singapore and Taiwan, developing extensive connections over the past 2 decades.
He started a Production company in 2010 in Singapore and Taiwan to produce and direct top quality advertisements, documentaries, and short films. Notable clients include Nvidia, P&G, SAP, Schwarzkopf, See’s Candies, Syoss, Yelp and 85C.
In 2017, he moved to Shanghai to become the Managing Partner of Branding Shanghai, which aims to connect the dots between countries, culture and brands. For 3 years, Dave worked with notable partners like UN-Habitat, UNESCO, The GREAT Campaign, British Council, BAFTA, World Photography Organisation, Sesame Street, Experian, Tencent, Manchester United, Liverpool FC, Capitaland, Mobike etc and on major events like World Cities Day, China International Import Expo (CIIE), China Focus @ Edinburgh Arts Festival, China-UK Business Forum and BAFTA Breakthrough China.
Branding Shanghai is also the chief organizer of the “Shanghai. Let’s Meet!” city campaign, initiated by Shanghai Municipal Government, to promote the city of Shanghai all over the world. Notable ambassadors include Hu Ge and Angelababy.
In 2020, Dave moved back to Singapore and helped Temasek Holdings to source for vital PPEs like masks and ventilators during the Covid-19 pandemic. He also successfully helped Ren Ci Hospital to organize an online fund raising concert, raising SGD$800,000 in donations.
In 2021, he brought his experience and expertise in the entertainment industry to Season Culture to promote and organize world class events and concerts in Singapore and the rest of the world. Notable concerts in the past few years include Mayday, Rain, Jeff Chang, Cai Xu Kun, Harlem Yu and A-Lin.

Ken has worked across Australasia, Southeast Asia, Greater China, India, Japan and South Korea for almost two decades, Ken's experience has covered various entrepreneurial and leadership roles in technology, media and entertainment companies.
He was the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Asia Pacific at Facebook in the last 4 years where he led a distributed team focusing on strategic partnerships of Facebook and Instagram across news, sports, music, TV, film, fashion, public figures, influencer and causes.
Prior to Facebook, he was the Head of Digital at BBC, Senior Vice President of Warner Music Group and General Manager of Tencent. Ken is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, London Business School and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Furthermore, he held positions as the music director of Disney Taiwan and the Asian production director at DreamWorks Pictures.
